Meet Caitlin Strempel of Rising Ranks Digital…
It’s time for another “5 Questions with a Mom Entrepreneur”…Today I’m chatting Caitlin Strempel, an SEO and marketing consultant and founder of Rising Ranks Digital. I first met Caitlin at the I Heart My Life Life event in San Diego last January. And I’ve continued to watch her grow and flourish in our mastermind group.
Caitlin lives in Arizona with her husband and son who is 3.5. She’s hoping to have one more someday. Their favorite family activities include riding bikes to brunch and spending the days and evenings in the pool.
Working with startups all the way to global brands such as Under Armour, Lexus, and P&G, Caitlin advises companies and CEOs to scale to 7-figure months with her powerful and proprietary formula, the SOUL Marketing Method. She’s the founder of Rising Ranks Digital, an SEO and digital marketing strategy agency that has a 100% success record at getting their clients to the top of Google and significantly increasing their bottom line. She strongly believes that if we champion the success of others that our own success is inevitable!
You can listen to my chat with Caitlin at the link above. Or get an overview of her answers and connect with her below.
1. What do you do in your business and why did you choose it?
I am the CEO of Rising Ranks, an SEO firm and also offer high level 1:1 marketing consulting and strategies. I LOVE analytics and consumer psychology and both of these hit that mark for me! There is a big need for really high quality and dependable SEO and digital marketing firms.
2. What is your greatest strength when it comes to running your business?
I can handle a really big workload and can work quickly and efficiently
3. What is the area entrepreneurship where you could grow the most?
I need to work on self care <3 and team leadership.
4. If you were to start your business over today, what piece of advice or lesson learned would you emphasize to yourself?
Investing in yourself is not the same as spending money!
5. What is your best advice for balancing business and home life or creating intentional family time?
Focus! Especially during quarantine. I time block my day and my entire family knows not to interrupt me during certain times. When I’m strict with that, I can get so much more done, which allows me to give my family my complete undivided attention when my work blocks are over. It’s taken a lot of practice, mindset on diligence on my part but bucketing out my days and not blurring the lines between work and family time has done wonders.
