You can listen to my conversation with Ashley Watson at the link above. Or get an overview below.
1. What do you do in your business and why did you choose it?
I started this business to help support the back and of busy entrepreneurs. After owning several businesses in the last 10 years, I noticed that this was the one thing I struggled with as a ‘soloprenur’. I always had in the back my mind this idea that one of my businesses will be around fully supporting entrepreneurs. And after starting out as a VA I quickly turned to social media management. I know I will help run the back end of the business and I do all the sales and client communication. I have a Business partner now who is our operation manager.
2. What is your greatest strength when it comes to running your business?
Taking the time to always learn. I never want to be the smartest in the room. And I have a lot of pride in the time that I carve out to keep learning. I continually make time to grow and strengthen my business and my team.
3. What is the area of entrepreneurship where you could grow the most?
I would say starting to collaborate with other entrepreneurs to help each other grow.
4. If you were to start your business over today, what piece of advice or lesson learned would you emphasize to yourself?
Start out with confidence in your pricing. You know your worth and there’s no need to second-guess yourself. Not everyone will be your ideal client and that’s OK!
5. What is your best advice for balancing business and home life or creating intentional family time?
To put in your calendar for your time off or your one on one time with yourself. Doing whatever makes you happy outside of work. To bring you back to a calm and positive state. This will only help improve your time as a mom and as a wife and as a person!
Where can we find you on social media?
